About the position
Mindspace is looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to join our global IT team. In this role you'll be the front line of IT support for our Tel Aviv HQ and local locations, while also supporting employees and infrastructure across our sites in Europe and the US. You'll own the day-to-day employee experience - from onboarding a new hire's first laptop to keeping our networks and meeting rooms running flawlessly, and working closely with the global team on infrastructure projects across multiple countries.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both sides of IT: helping people directly, and getting hands-on with hardware, networks, and systems.
The position is based in Tel Aviv.
Support for our international locations is provided remotely.
End-User Support & Service Desk

Provide L1/L2 support for employees across macOS and Windows environments - hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
Own tickets end-to-end in Freshservice, meeting SLA targets and maintaining high response quality
Support employees at global locations remotely, across time zones
Build and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and self-service documentation

Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding & Offboarding)

Execute onboarding and offboarding processes across HiBob, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Freshservice, and Monday.com
Provision, image, and enroll devices in MDM; manage accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions
Ensure offboarding is complete, timely, and audit-ready - access revocation, device collection, data handover

IT Infrastructure & Networking

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure across sites using the Cisco Meraki platform - access points, switches, security appliances, VLANs, and structured cabling
Monitor network health via the Meraki dashboard, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with ISPs and vendors on installations and outages
Participate in network upgrade projects across international locations (Wi-Fi refreshes, new site openings, hardware replacements)
Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and hardware lifecycle

AV & Meeting Room Technology

Install, configure, and support conference room AV systems - displays, video conferencing hardware, audio, and room booking systems
Provide technical support for company events, town halls, and hybrid meetings
Partner with vendors and integrators on new AV installations across locations

Identity & Access Management

Administer users, groups, policies, and MFA in JumpCloud
Manage Google Workspace administration - users, org units, groups, shared drives, and security settings
Support Slack workspace administration and app management

Requirements:

Must-have

3–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration - ideally in a multi-site or international environment
Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Windows administration and troubleshooting
Proven experience with Google Workspace administration
Working knowledge of identity/device management platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID, Intune, or Jamf)
Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and Wi-Fi - with hands-on experience configuring switches, access points, and firewalls
Hands-on experience administering Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networks (MR access points, MS switches, MX security appliances) - including dashboard configuration, SSID and VLAN setup, client troubleshooting, and firmware management.
Experience working with a ticketing/ITSM platform (Freshservice, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar)
Experience supporting conference room AV and video conferencing systems
Fluent English, written and spoken - you'll work daily with colleagues across Europe and the US
Strong service orientation, ownership mindset, and the ability to prioritize independently in a fast-moving environment
Willingness to work occasional off-hours for maintenance windows, cutovers, and site openings

Nice-to-have

Relevant certifications: Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (ECMS), CCNA, Google Workspace Administrator, or JumpCloud Core
Experience in a multi-location hospitality, retail, or co-working environment
Familiarity with cloud telephony platforms (Twilio, Zoom Phone, or similar)
