We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. Your responsibilities will encompass client onboarding, relationship management, performance monitoring, client advocacy, and proactive support.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
High level of English proficiency.
Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset.
A proactive approach to anticipating and addressing client needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and internal teams.
