Actively search for and onboard new affiliates across different regions to expand the Affiliate portfolio and increase sales potential. Manage day-to-day Affiliate Account operations: Push campaigns to affiliates and help them maximize the company's CR & ROI. Negotiate terms and payouts to ensure partner satisfaction. Manage Affiliate billing on a weekly/monthly basis. Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from affiliates. Collaborate with the team to ensure company KPIs are met.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online industry (e.g., Gaming/Forex) and managing large monthly budgets. Experience working with international companies/clients. Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and grow Affiliate relationships in a competitive market. Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. Driven and results oriented. High level of English is a must. Arabic and other languages an advantage.
