A technology company looking for an HR admin

job description:
Worked in a HR shared services environment.
Should have basic HR operations experience and knowledge.
Should have worked as an HR advisor (Answering queries of employees about policies, benefits etc.)
Preferably experience of working on ticketing system like Service Now.

Requirements:
3-4 years of experience managing supporting Employee HR queries
Working Experience in HR Role, delivering services preferably HR and from shared services center environment.
Experience of managing a caseload of complex queries. (Service Now preferably but not must)
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, ability to present, train. Facilitate, influence and attention to details.
Willingness to challenge with curiosity through deeper conversation with business and stakeholders.
Closure orientation and low tolerance for delays and deviations.
To be able to work well under pressure and be flexible in adapting and responding to changing situation; and the ability to deal with ambiguity with solution-focused thinking, driven by data, strong judgement, and decision-making skills.
