Client Success Strategist - Agency

Were looking for a Client Success Strategist with a background in digital marketing to work with our Strategic Agencies in EMEA to ensure they maximize their value from solutions. Youll partner with our account management and sales team to advise businesses on their strategy, demonstrate the full value of our solutions, drive product adoption and grow the scope of our relationship with each account.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the EMEA Strategic Agencies Pod means your daily responsibilities may include:

Be the primary point of contact for all users on your assigned accounts
Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey with the platform, from prospects to active clients
Identify and mitigate accounts at churn risk, implement proactive measures to retain customers and enhance their experience
Develop strong subject matter expertise across all products and offering to support the pre-sale and post-sale processes
Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption, advocacy, and growth
Create and deliver decks, insight emails, client workshops and webinars to drive ROI and adoption across our solutions to help your clients achieve their business goals
Collaborate closely with the Strategic AM and SM on every account to build the strategy for account success and expansion
