Talent Acquisition Partner

looking for an experienced Talent acquisition Partner to join us!
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and departments to identify and plan the hiring needs and to build the hiring process for each vacancy. You will work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition team members and cross collaborate with partners across the organization.

What youll do:
You will own several pipelines and partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and build the right process for each position.
You will own the connection with candidates from end to end, including initial conversations and engagements, HR interviews and offer negotiation.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, priorities, and goals.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
Employer Branding: You will take part in Employer branding activities and events and to push for initiatives in this area
