The opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst & Salesforce Admin with the skills and expertise to lead internal business data and process analysis in a global, fast-growing company. This part-time position (50%) reports to the Finance department and offers an exciting opportunity to work with various teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key company KPIs for Finance, Sales, Marketing, and top management.

Support cross-functional business processes across multiple departments.

Define and implement cross-organizational processes in Salesforce.

Provide ongoing technical support, including Salesforce configuration and system maintenance.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve business efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).

Experience with salesforce; Salesforce implementation-advantage.

Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts -advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.
