Position Overview

• Data Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst joining an elite, interdisciplinary research and analytics squad to drive data-backed strategic financial insights.
• Conducting deep-dive quantitative analyses on multi-source, massive financial datasets to optimize predictive model accuracy and evaluate statistical variables.
• Designing, writing, and executing complex, high-performance database queries to extract, clean, and structure raw market metrics.
• Building data prototypes and programmatic scripts to automate statistical testing, evaluate data distributions, and visualize market indicators.
• Core Ecosystem- Statistical Modeling, Quantitative Analysis, Financial Data, SQL, Python, R, Predictive Analytics, and Data Visualization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Quantitative Analyst – Mandatory
• Deep, unassisted technical command of SQL for writing advanced queries, manipulating large-scale tables, and structuring data – Mandatory
• Hands-on programmatic scripting capabilities utilizing Python or R for data manipulation and statistical packages – Mandatory
• Strong foundational comprehension of Statistical Analysis, Data Distributions, Hypothesis Testing, or Quantitative Modeling – Mandatory
• Prior professional experience operating within the financial sector, FinTech, trading desks, or economic modeling domains – Significant Advantage
