Organizational Development Manager

we are looking for a Divisional Organizational Development (OD) Manager to build and lead cutting-edge programs, solutions and practices around culture and competencies, leadership and people management, organizational development, change management, top talent development and talent management in our largest division CX.

This role is part of the HR team and reports to the Director of Global Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L).

How will you make an impact?

Exploring, designing, developing, and executing organizational development (OD) programs that are aligned with the CX divisions strategy.
Designing and executing leadership programs, succession planning, and leadership development tools.
Creating and implementing programs and initiatives that support talent management and employee development.
Partnering with leaders, HRBPs, and key stakeholders to identify and address divisional development needs, gaps, and opportunities.
Continuously managing the annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, planning initiatives, content development, vendor and budget management, and process improvement.
Developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives.
Leading divisional performance management programs and initiatives.
