Our company specializes in providing loan solutions to clients in England. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Call Center Manager to oversee and enhance our remote team based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the call center operations remotely.
Lead and motivate a team of representatives selling loans in England.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
Monitor and analyze call center metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Train and support staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Collaborate with management to design and build bonus structures.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing a call center or hotline.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
