What You Will Do?
As a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, You will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing business. We are searching for an individual who is creative, independent, and adept at sourcing talent effectively, always keeping candidate experience as a top priority.
Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including HR interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding, will be critical to our success. The ideal candidate will be able to address business challenges with a hands-on approach, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in engaging with others.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a pool of candidates for various positions in Engineering, Hardware, Software, Product, Operations, etc., utilizing common sourcing tools.
Collaborate effectively with managers and employees at all levels, in Israel, and in our global subsidiaries, delivering value-added services that align with the business objectives.
Participate in developing an insightful HR strategy, effective recruiting, workforce planning, training, and consulting in coordination with managers.
Manage the full-cycle work life of company employees, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
Resolve employee relations issues as they arise.
