As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company's objectives and growth. You will collaborate closely with Department Managers and team members to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Responsibilities:
* Onboard the best candidates for all open position
* Utilize cutting-edge social platforms and networks to actively seek out talent that aligns with needs.
* Craft engaging and dynamic advertisements for both internal and external audiences, showcasing the unique opportunities available.
* Screen and evaluate resumes, along with conducting online interviews to identify top candidates.
* Conduct initial interviews, focusing on skills and experiences relevant to the role.
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to all candidates, recognizing their efforts and offering guidance for future opportunities.
* Ensure a seamless digital onboarding process, leveraging technology to make it efficient and engaging for new hires.
* Prepare and deliver weekly recruitment reports to track progress, analyze metrics, and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
* Continuously explore and implement fresh recruitment strategies, leveraging trends such as influencer partnerships and immersive experiences
* Prioritize streamlined communication channels and agile processes to meet the fast-paced expectations of potential candidates.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, where our candidates feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
