As an Affiliate Manager, you will be the bridge between our direct brand offers and our network of high- quality affiliates. This is a 360-degree role requiring a blend of business development and technical campaign management. You will manage a diverse portfolio of partners, ensuring seamless performance across Mobile (MMP-based) and Web/Desktop (Pixel/S2S-based) platforms.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Affiliate manager – Mobile Apps: Must to have 2+ years of experience in the industry, with a focus on in-app and mobile web. Strong understanding of key performance marketing models, including CPA, CPI, CPL, and RevShare, and when to apply each.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with affiliates, partners, and internal teams, manage expectations, and build strong long-term relationships.
• Diverse Experience mobile apps: Proven track record working with at least 3 different systems/platforms — we value the broad perspective that comes from hands-on experience across multiple environments.
• Tracking Mastery: Minimum 1 year hands-on with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular...) — including attribution logic and tracking link structuring.
• Web Tracking: Solid understanding of cookies, pixels, and S2S postbacks, and the ability to troubleshoot them independently.
• Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with more than one external tracking platform (Everflow, Affise, Tune, or similar).
• Data Mastery: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs...).
• AI Fluency: Working use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT...) for data processing, presentations, and day-to-day productivity — this is a must.
• Prioritization & Ownership: Ability to prioritize your own workload and focus on what drives real impact.
• Hands-On Mindset: This role is hands-on. You'll dig deep into reports, investigate discrepancies, and take on new challenges as they come. If that's not your style, this won't be the right fit.
• Language Skills: Exceptional English, written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of mobile and web publishers.
• Experience in Gaming, Fintech, or E-commerce.

You combine strong relationship-building and commercial instincts with a real technical understanding of tracking, and you know how to turn that into measurable performance in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Cross-Platform Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates for both Mobile App and Web/Desktop campaigns.
• Technical "Plumbing" (MMP & Web): * Mobile: Build and manage tracking links, configure Postbacks, and ensure flawless integration with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
• Web/Desktop: Set up and troubleshoot Pixels, JS Tags, and S2S tracking to ensure accurate conversion reporting on Desktop/Web offers.
• Campaign Optimization: Proactively manage a portfolio of affiliates, optimizing their performance to hit aggressive CPA targets for our brands across all platforms.
• Data Forensics & Fraud Detection: Monitor real-time data to identify trends and mitigate fraud (CTIT, Click Injection for Mobile; Bot traffic and Cookie Stuffing for Web).
• Communication: Maintain professional, high-level communication with global partners, resolve technical issues, and negotiate terms for long-term growth.
