This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our R&D team, focusing on analyzing critical data to optimize the product functionality and customer experience.

Your role will include:

Analyze code and data and reflect it to other teams for continuous product improvement.
Define a process for analyzing code and data, automate it, and continually enhance its efficiency and effectiveness..
Collaborate with product management, research and agent development teams to improve and optimize multiple aspects of the product.
Working, instructing and assisting in scaling professional services.
Communicate with customers.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience as an analyst in the network/security/threat intelligence field.
Proven knowledge and experience with Python, .NET, Java, or any equivalent language.
Experience in process management and optimization.
Experience in working with support teams and customers.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, work under pressure, and handle urgent incidents.
Self-learning individual with problem-solving skills while acting as a team player.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
