Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

Your Story

Communicate with international partners (publishers) on a daily basis on their goals and needs.
Ensure that technical and business-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately.
Consolidating reports - collect & gather data from different reporting systems to ensure partner's KPI achievements.
Work with our demand (advertisers) providers to maximize revenue.
Perform daily optimization on ad campaigns.
Analyze ROI based on deliverables and performances.
Work closely with our global Sales, Account Management teams, Product, and R&D.

It will be awesome if you have:

3+ years of experience in an Adtech company as an account manager / ad-ops / CSM.
Understanding of the online advertising infrastructure, and specifically the publishers’ end.
Experience working with Tableau, Monday, JIRA, Excel, SalesForce, Hubspot,
Good familiarity with Google Analytics, CSS, HTML, JS.
Proven ability to analyze raw data in order to rapidly extract conclusions and action items, when time is a significant factor.
Analytical, resourceful and tech-oriented with an ability to actively drive problems to resolution.
Client-focused mindset, with a passion for using data and analytics to drive business results.
Impeccable organizational and time management skills, proactiveness, multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Excel proficiency

It will be SUPER awesome if you have:

Experience with technical and business audiences.
Good familiarity with SQL, Python
Previous experience with SaaS or B2B products.
Experience with working on DFP.
Experience with SSPs – Big advantage.
