What you will be doing?

Serve as the customer voice in the company
Manage our chat & email communication using Intercom
Solve issues encountered by our clients
Run sales-focused Zoom talks with new & existing clients
Manage & help create our help center, including both text & video how-to content
Test new features and key releases
Serve as an account manager for enterprise customers
Run churn-reducing activities
Help drive upgrades

Requirements

3+ years of successful experience in customer success in a SaaS company is a must
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle
Mother tongue level speaking & written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work in European hours
