Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing Department. The perfect candidate will be responsible for the Marketing Automation Tool (Hubspot) and website technical aspects. The position requires someone who knows how to find the solution when he doesn't have a solution.

What You'll Be Doing:

Implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns, Workflow management, using HubSpot, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
Utilize HubSpot's tools to provide regular insights and reports on campaign performance, lead generation, Email Metrics and Data integrity..
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall company objectives.
Ensuring data integrity across all marketing platforms and systems (including SFDC), and finding innovative solutions for system integration challenges.
Implement, monitor and update accessBe.com website and web assets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot. - MUST!
Salesforce Experience - MUST!
Knowledge of Google Analytics - Strong Advantage
Knowledge of 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) - Advantage
Strong technical orientation.
Strong understanding of marketing operations and digital marketing tools.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Delivering service-oriented problem-solving in the Marketing department
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
