About this Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data, and reporting behind Duve’s marketing engine.

You will be responsible for building and improving the operational infrastructure that connects Marketing and Sales, including lifecycle management, lead routing and nurture, automation, data quality, attribution, account segmentation, and pipeline reporting. You will also work closely with our external agencies and marketing partners, ensuring their activities are properly tracked, measured, and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, structured, and highly experienced with marketing systems in a sales-led, B2B SaaS GTM motion. Experience in demand generation or growth strategy is a strong advantage, but the core of the role is Marketing Operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or a similar role within a B2B company.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience building workflows, automation, lead-scoring models, lifecycle stages, and reporting processes.Experience with Clay or similar tools for data enrichment, lead routing, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of funnel analytics, pipeline reporting, attribution, and data quality.A track record of running or prioritizing CRO programs, including A/B testing, landing pages, and conversion-focused website initiatives.
• Experience working with or managing external marketing agencies and evaluating their performance.Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently and stay current across marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• A structured, detail-oriented, and operations-minded approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of paid media, SEO/GEO, website conversion, and CRO.

What you'll do:

• Own and optimize marketing operations across HubSpot and Salesforce, including workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and lead routing.
• Maintain accurate, consistent marketing data and ensure proper synchronization between systems.
• Build dashboards and reporting to measure funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, attribution, and CAC.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead qualification, handoff processes, and pipeline visibility.
• Define KPIs and manage the performance and measurement of external agencies across paid media, SEO/GEO, content, and website initiatives.
• Use data to identify operational improvements and support growth, CRO, and future ABM initiatives.
