Position Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a crucial role responsible for generating revenue by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities for our organization. This position requires exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales engagements to identify and qualify potential leads.
Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate new business opportunities.
Research and build prospect lists to ensure targeted outreach efforts.
Refine and tailor sales pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
Continuously learn about our industry, products, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development roles.
High proficiency in German - Must
Experience in outbound sales, preferably in the technology or cyber security sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and proficient in remote communication tools.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
