Description:
We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong business understanding to join our Monitoring team.
What You'll Do
- Analyze operational and financial data across merchant segments to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Support pricing activities with data-driven models and ad-hoc analyses
- Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations
- Automate recurring data workflows to improve team efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis speed and quality
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help stakeholders make faster, better decisions
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst – a must
- BA/B.Sc. in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
- Strong analytical thinking and a business mindset
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently query large and complex datasets
- High Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modelling
- The ability to work in a demanding fast-paced global environment and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation - an advantage
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Qlik) – an advantage
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and workflow improvement – advantage
