A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join its team in Kiryat Gat.

This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career who enjoys the operational and administrative side of HR, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and is looking for a stable, long-term role in an international environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day HR administration for employees in Israel and the US.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data using HiBob and other systems.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide administrative support for benefits, attendance, and recruitment activities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and gifts.
• Work with vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and the Finance team.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and employee communications.
• Help streamline HR processes using digital tools and systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR Operations, or a similar role – an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Tech-savvy, with good Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with HR systems; HiBob experience is a plus.
• A proactive, service-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience in a global environment – an advantage.
