We're looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to shape and elevate our culture. This role is ideal for someone creative, highly organized, hands-on, and passionate about people, who wants to own and build the way groundcover feels from the inside.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Tel Aviv office.

What you’ll do:

• Own and develop employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement and company culture.
• Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, off-sites, and internal celebrations for our local and global teams.
• Build and manage wellbeing and welfare programs for our employees.
• Support day-to-day office operations and logistics to maintain a high-quality work environment.
• Partner with GTM on swag and experiences for conferences and company milestones.

• 3+ years in Employee Experience, welfare, or People/HR roles, ideally within a fast-paced tech company.
• Proven experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of global company events.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for building memorable people moments.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to streamline processes and work more effectively.
