PC & Network Technician | IT Field Support

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced PC & Network Technician to provide hands-on IT support at its headquarters and field locations.

This role combines hardware and software troubleshooting, workstation installation and maintenance, Windows administration, network connectivity, and direct technical support for employees.

We're looking for a technician with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on technical support to employees at headquarters and company sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues involving PCs and laptops.
• Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain computers and endpoint devices.
• Troubleshoot printers and peripheral equipment.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in Windows environments.
• Work with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2016.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage user accounts and work with Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide independent, on-site technical support and resolve issues in real time.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a PC & Network Technician or IT Field Technician.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Experience working with Windows Server 2016.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user administration.
• Knowledge of computer networking, including IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Valid driver's license.
