Sales Development Representative

100% Remote | Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00

At Flashy, an Israeli SaaS company providing an advanced marketing automation platform for e-commerce businesses, we're looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven sales professional to join our sales team!

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential Israeli customers (Outbound Sales).
• Conduct cold calls, generate sales opportunities, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Identify business needs and match potential customers with the right solutions offered by our platform.
  

• Previous experience in outbound phone sales – Mandatory.
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS products, or technology solutions – Mandatory.
• Strong ability to initiate conversations, handle objections, and close deals.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a proactive and independent approach.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
