As we scale across a growing portfolio of games, we’re looking for an Experimentation & Learning Specialist to join our Growth team and help scale how Play Perfect learns — the methodology, systems and automations that turn every test, launch and data point into a decision, systematically and increasingly automatically.

About The Role

This is a builder role at the intersection of statistics, experimentation and workflow automation, reporting to the Growth Lead. You’ll help run, scale and automate our experimentation methodology — how we design, manage, run and read A/B tests across all our games (economy, UI and player-experience protocols) — and help build the agentic workflows that make learning continuous, so that no actionable signal in our data falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Apply and develop our experimentation methodology — put our statistical methodology and best practices for A/B testing to work across all our games: test design, sample size and power, variance and bias reduction, guardrail metrics and decision rules. Keep the tools and documentation up to date, and bring ideas for improving them.
• Run the testing process day to day — from launch checks and allocation through monitoring and readout — making it faster, more reliable and easier for every team to use.
• Move us from manual analysis to automatic learning — help build and maintain the systems behind automated test readouts, anomaly monitoring and insight generation.
• Build with AI agents — develop, test and maintain agents, skills and automated workflows on top of LLMs that let analysts and stakeholders get rigorous answers faster, with the checks needed to keep their output accurate and trustworthy.
• Turn anything repeatable into a system — spot recurring questions and manual analyses, and convert them into self-serve or fully automated tools.
• Support measurement across the company — help analysts with complex analyses, and help marketing, product and operations apply our measurement standards to test, measure and optimize campaigns, features and launches.
• Partner with data science, BI and data engineering to make sure our data foundations — events, models and metric definitions — support reliable, automated measurement.
• Communicate with clarity — turn results into clear readouts and concise recommendations for stakeholders.
  
  

• M.Sc. or higher in Statistics or an equivalent quantitative field - Economics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in a B2C tech company in an analytics, data science or A/B tests-related role. Gaming industry – advantage.
• Solid statistical foundation - experiment design, hypothesis testing, causal inference and variance reduction — and curiosity to keep deepening it.
• Fluent SQL (a must) and strong Python for analysis and automation. Experience in a modern data stack (cloud data warehouse, transformation layer, orchestration) - Advantage
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs - creating agents, skills and automated workflows with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar)
• Advantage: experience building agentic workflows, experimentation platforms or automated analytics pipelines.
