Head of End-User Computing & IT Support | Financial Organization

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Head of End-User Computing & IT Support to lead its end-user computing operations and enterprise IT support services.

This senior leadership role combines management of multiple teams and team leaders, responsibility for workplace technology and critical support operations, and delivery of large-scale technology initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise end-user computing and IT support operations, including management of team leaders and technical teams
• Oversee Service Desk operations, critical workstations, and business-critical support services
• Manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including procurement, inventory, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades
• Oversee meeting room technologies, audiovisual systems, and multimedia solutions
• Lead technology projects, enterprise rollouts, and organizational change initiatives
• Manage vendors, service agreements, and maintenance contracts
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and CSAT, driving continuous service improvement
• Lead critical incident resolution, operational reporting, and process standardization
• Promote automation, AI, and self-service solutions across IT support operations
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Networking, Information Security, and business stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in End-User Computing, including operating systems, hardware, workstations, and peripherals
• 3+ years of IT management experience, including direct management of at least three team leaders and/or managers
• Proven experience managing enterprise end-user computing and IT support operations in a large, complex organization
• Experience leading large-scale technology projects and implementations
• Strong background in endpoint lifecycle management, procurement, inventory, vendor management, and service contracts
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and IT service improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms
• Experience leading critical incidents and managing complex operational environments
• Experience within banking or financial organizations and/or familiarity with capital markets systems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills under pressure
