IT Technical Support & Technicians Team Lead | Northern Israel | Mertens – MalamTeam

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an experienced IT Technical Support & Technicians Team Lead to join a leading organization in Northern Israel

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of IT technicians, providing technical support to organizational users

Install and configure IT equipment, infrastructure software, and software packages on workstations and servers

Work with workstation deployment systems, Active Directory, operating systems, and communication networks

Perform periodic system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable IT operations

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

Collaborate with external service providers on ongoing technical operations and support activities

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience working with workstation deployment systems

4–6 years of experience working with Active Directory

Experience working with IT systems, operating systems, and communication networks

Experience working in large organizations with extensive user environments

Previous experience managing a team of IT technicians is an advantage
