We're looking for a creative, hands-on and data-driven CRM Manager to own promotional campaigns and player engagement initiatives from concept to results. You'll use data and AI tools to deliver impactful campaigns, streamline operations and drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the promotional calendar across multiple brands and markets, planning and executing campaigns around seasonal events, game launches and tournaments in collaboration with game providers.
• Lead end-to-end, multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, Telegram, WhatsApp and onsite channels, from concept and creative briefs to execution, QA and performance analysis, working closely with Monetization, Product, Creative, Operations, VIP and Analytics teams.
• Own onsite promotional visibility, including homepage banners, promotional pages, pop-ups and other player touchpoints.
• Own Telegram and WhatsApp broadcast strategy, driving channel growth through creative content, promotions and initiatives that increase reach, traffic and player participation.
• Turn competitor insights into opportunities, monitoring market trends, promotional offers and player journeys to bring fresh campaign ideas and initiatives to the team.
• Measure, test and optimise, using campaign data, A/B testing and key metrics such as conversion, bonus costs and revenue impact to continuously improve results.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline campaign briefs, content creation, creative variations, QA and reporting, freeing up time for strategy and innovation.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, campaign management, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing, preferably within gaming or iGaming.
• Hands-on experience planning, executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push, Telegram or similar channels.
• Understanding of player segmentation, promotional mechanics and bonus strategies is a strong advantage.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Smartico or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights that drive retention and revenue.
• Creative, proactive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership, from campaign planning through execution and optimisation.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation, campaign planning and reporting.
