Flashy, an advanced SaaS platform for eCommerce and marketing automation, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

100% Remote | Sunday–Thursday | 09:00–18:00

About the Role:

A hands-on role combining proactive customer guidance, training, and ongoing technical support, helping customers succeed and get the most out of our platform.

The role includes onboarding new customers, delivering training sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing ongoing customer relationships while taking ownership of the customer experience and handling challenges along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively guide and support customers to maximize the value they get from the platform.
• Lead onboarding processes, customer training, and platform adoption.
• Provide ongoing technical support, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Build long-term customer relationships and take ownership of customer needs.
• Professionally handle challenging customers, complaints, and complex requests.
• Identify customer needs, improve the customer experience, and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience working at a digital marketing agency in your most recent position, in a Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, or similar role involving direct customer interaction.
