Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead the preparation, review, and publication of quarterly and annual financial statements in strict accordance with IFRS standards and ISA/TASE regulatory requirements.
• Financial Controls & Operations: Oversee internal control mechanisms, manage company cash flow and treasury projections, and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Tax & Accounting Strategy: Manage corporate tax matters, balance sheet analyses, and complex accounting transactions while collaborating directly with senior executive management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operate with high autonomy while maintaining strong, close-knit collaboration within a small, highly professional finance department.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification — Mandatory.
• Professional Experience:
• Background at a Big 4 accounting firm auditing publicly traded companies, OR
• Proven experience in a prior role as an Assistant Controller within a public company — Mandatory.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced mastery of IFRS standards and public company financial reporting mechanisms (real estate sector background preferred).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional self-management skills, proactive ownership ("head above the shoulders" approach), strong analytical thinking, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
