User Acquisition Manager

About the role

A fast-growing B2C gaming startup in Tel Aviv is looking for an ambitious and sharp Senior User Acquisition Manager. This is a hands-on senior role owning large-scale paid campaigns across DSPs, SDK networks and rewarded video - a real opportunity to shape growth at a company that is scaling quickly.

What you'll do

• Hands-on management of large-scale campaigns across multiple channels - DSPs, SDK networks and rewarded video.

• Develop, refine and implement user acquisition strategies.

• Plan and oversee large marketing budgets; set up and optimize paid campaigns across platforms to meet KPIs.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners.

• Work with the creative team to produce compelling, high-performing assets.

• Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Identify, plan, test and implement new acquisition channels, building an efficient growth process.

• Perform market research and analyze user behaviour to spot new trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Product, Business Analytics, BI and other cross-functional teams.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or Media Buyer in the gaming industry.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills - able to analyze data, draw conclusions and turn them into actionable recommendations.

• A proven ability to lead projects with a positive, can-do attitude.

• A sharp, creative thinker with a genuine passion for marketing.

• Initiative and leadership capability.

• Proficiency in Excel - a must.

• Great communication and collaboration skills.

• SQL - Nice to have
