Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from opening a position with hiring managers through offer acceptance and contract signing. The role includes defining and building job profiles, conducting HR interviews, sourcing and identifying candidates, matching candidates to role requirements and hiring teams, and providing candidates with personal guidance throughout the recruitment process.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment – required

• Experience recruiting for Tech positions – a significant advantage

• Familiarity with the Data & Analytics industry – an advantage

• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset

• High motivation, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and long-term commitment
