We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (6-Month Contract) to come in and help recruit and scale our R&D and Product teams in Tel Aviv. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with efficient, high-volume recruiting. You will play a key role in partnering across the business, globally, on the best hiring, interviewing, and closing strategies. You will exact high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle. Around 4-7 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical and tech-industry hiring.
Comfortable with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment.
Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders globally.
Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Experience at a startup or in a scrappy, fast-moving culture is a must; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
