A leading company in the defense industry is looking for a PC Support Specialist to provide technical support to users and workstations in a professional and dynamic organizational environment.

What does the role include?

Handling technical issues received from the support center.
Providing ongoing support to users and workstations.
Installing, preparing, and configuring computers.
Replacing and relocating computers and technological equipment.
Installing peripheral equipment and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Working directly with internal users while providing professional and high-quality service.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in PC / IT Support.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience installing computers and peripheral equipment.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory - an advantage.
Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a multitasking environment.
