A leading organization is looking for motivated, tech-oriented candidates to join its Help Desk Support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for students, graduates of technology courses, and candidates with a technical background who want to gain professional experience in an IT environment.

No previous Help Desk or IT work experience is required. Completing a relevant technology course is sufficient to qualify.

The position is suitable for candidates interested in part-time or full-time employment.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with at least one of the following backgrounds:

• Students or graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems
• Students or graduates of relevant practical engineering programs, including Electrical Engineering and Biotechnology
• Graduates of relevant technology courses — no previous professional experience required
• Candidates with a technical background who are interested in working part-time or full-time
• Candidates with relevant technical experience gained during military service

Working Hours & Availability

• 3–4 shifts per week, with a minimum commitment of 90 working hours per month
• Full-time employment is also possible
• Availability for shifts in a 24/7 work environment, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to the position for two years
• Willingness to perform on-call shifts of up to 8 hours, from home

On-Call Compensation

On-call hours are compensated at 20% of the regular hourly wage for each approved on-call hour, based on hours reported and approved by the organization.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant educational, technological, or military technical background, including completion of a technology course
• Motivation to begin or develop a career in IT
• Availability for the required shift schedule
• Ability to commit to the position for two years
• Willingness to participate in the required on-call schedule
