Insurance & Claims Manager | Mobility

Role Description

• Lead and manage the Insurance & Claims team.
• Work closely with vehicle assessors, insurance companies, and third-party claims, with a strong emphasis on claims management.
• Manage the garage network, including agreements, payments, and issue resolution.
• Handle legal claims involving insured customers and third parties.
• Build, improve, and optimize new and existing operational processes with key service providers, including the service center, towing companies, and service center network.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuously improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven management experience – required.
• Bachelor’s degree – required; Law degree is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in the motor insurance industry – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive claims regulations – an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
