Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

Sourcing and locating suppliers.

Documentation, data entry of certificates, and organizing supplier records in a computerized filing system.

Transferring reports and data into the inventory management system.

Preparing documents and administrative paperwork.

Following up with purchasing representatives in the Procurement Department regarding order processing and procurement activities.

Collecting equipment from suppliers and transporting it to the work site.

Show Your Expertise

Good proficiency in using computer software and systems.

Ability to perform physical work, including occasional lifting of equipment.

Ability to manage inventory and maintain records of goods receipt and delivery documents.

Ability to organize and manage work areas efficiently.

Basic knowledge of managing light maintenance activities.

Ability to manage inventory and track equipment loans to contractors, including contractor chargeback/cost allocation processes.
