Business Development Representative GH

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and create a strong pipeline of potential customers. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects, understand their needs, and create opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, business requirements, and potential fit.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls for qualified prospects.
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the qualification process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
• Track outreach activities, meetings, lead progression, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses, market trends, and customer needs.
• Meet or exceed lead generation, meeting, and pipeline targets.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
