Sales Development Representative

We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative for a Fintech company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to business clients (B2B)
• Establish initial contact with decision-makers in organizations
• Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings for sales representatives
• Work daily with CRM systems and lead generation tools
• Manage the lead process from initial outreach to scheduling qualified meetings
• Handle objections and drive sales processes over the phone

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in SDR, appointment setting, or telephone sales roles in the technology, software, or cybersecurity sectors (B2B)
• Proven experience conducting cold calls (Cold Calling)
• Ability to handle objections over the phone
• Basic technological understanding and the ability to quickly learn complex subject areas (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, AI)
• Experience working with CRM systems – Salesforce is an advantage
• Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator – advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong drive for success, high self-discipline, and mental resilience
