A leading defense company in the Sharon area is looking for a part-time IT Support Technician to join its IT team.

This opportunity is ideal for first or second-year students or candidates with military IT experience who are looking to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT, technical support, and infrastructure while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure computers and peripheral equipment.
• Support Windows workstations and common IT systems.
• Document incidents and assist with ongoing IT operations.
• Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• First or second-year student in a relevant technology field or military experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, IT Support, Network Administration, or a similar technical role.
• Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to commit to a two-year position.
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance process.
