IT Support Technician

abra professional services is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a dynamic work environment.

This is a full-time position located in central Israel, with career advancement opportunities for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to approximately 400 employees, including computers, peripheral equipment, and software.

• Install, maintain, and update operating systems and applications.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Work with servers, backup systems, and communication networks.

• Document technical issues and solutions in the service desk ticketing system.

Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Technician, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and endpoint equipment – mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office – mandatory.

• High customer service orientation – mandatory.

• Strong self-learning skills, initiative, and a proactive approach – mandatory.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure – mandatory.
