Growth Marketing Manager

We're hiring: Growth & Marketing for Emilia AI Studio 🎯

Emilia Digital, a branding and digital agency with a team that's already up and running, built Emilia AI Studio: an AI platform that turns real product photos into professional studio shots in 40 seconds. 5,000+ registered users from 42 countries, and the product is growing.

We're looking for someone to join the team and take full ownership of the product's marketing and growth.

The role:

📈 Manage paid campaigns (mainly Meta), from setup to optimization, with one goal: paying customers

📱 Lead social and content: strategy, creative, working with UGC creators

🚀 Turn new features into launches and marketing moves

🤝 Ongoing contact with users: support, feedback, retention

What matters to us:

✔️ Hebrew and English at marketing copywriting level, our audience is global (Spanish is a big plus)

No experience or seniority required. A great fit for someone early in their career, as long as there's real hunger and the ability to deliver.

Compensation: base + goal-based bonuses + real upside for whoever drives growth.
