The Role: Marketing Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can take a brief and turn it into a fully executed campaign, bringing together creative teams, external partners, and multiple marketing channels.

From social media and performance campaigns to in-app promotions and product launches, you'll make sure great ideas become great campaigns—on time, on brand, and with the right impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from initial brief to final launch.

• Coordinate campaigns across different cities, audiences, business categories, and marketing channels.

• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for Content, Design, CRM, and external partners.

• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, suppliers, and creative vendors.

• Review creative assets, copy, and campaign deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand objectives.

• Manage campaign timelines, coordinate dependencies, and ensure everything launches on schedule.

• Work closely with internal teams to turn marketing strategies into clear execution plans.

• Stay ahead of social media trends, creative formats, and audience behavior to keep campaigns relevant and engaging.

• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve creative workflows, productivity, and execution speed.

• Balance multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing, Account Management, Advertising, or Agency environments.

• Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end.

• Strong marketing judgment with the ability to evaluate creative concepts, messaging, and content quality.

• Experience writing creative briefs and coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing and creative workflows.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital content, and what performs across today's platforms.

• Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and external suppliers effectively.

• Native-level Hebrew and strong English communication skills.

• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative personality—easy to work with, open to feedback, positive, and solutions-oriented.

• Bonus: Experience in delivery platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce, or on-demand services.
