The company develops an advanced, state-of-the-art AI Research Assistant specifically engineered for the medical and clinical research ecosystems.

The company serves high-profile, paying enterprise clients globally including Tier-1 pharmaceutical giants, research hospitals, and leading biotech firms and operates with a tight-knit workforce of several dozen professionals.

The corporate R&D hub is located in a central Tel Aviv tech hub (highly accessible, situated directly on the train transit line), operating under a flexible hybrid framework providing 1 day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Data Analyst joining a high-caliber data engineering and analytics group, reporting directly to the Director of Data.
• Conducting end-to-end data mapping, ingestion pipeline structural designs, and sophisticated statistical analyses over heavy medical and clinical research datasets.
• Building out robust analytical workflows using Python and Pandas to normalize unstructured healthcare parameters and feed advanced AI discovery models.
• Translating complex clinical trial raw data into clear, production-grade business and scientific insights using advanced data manipulation and heavy querying methodologies.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Data Analytics, Medical Data Mapping, Clinical Research Informatics, Python Programming, Pandas, Complex SQL Querying, Healthcare Data Standards, and Statistical Modeling.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience as a Data Analyst strictly within a product-driven environment – Mandatory
• Production-grade coding proficiency in Python, with strong hands-on capabilities using Pandas for advanced data manipulation, filtering, and structuring – Mandatory
• Deep, expert-level mastery in writing complex SQL queries to extract insights from relational databases – Mandatory
• Prior professional experience operating within medical, healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical technology companies (possessing a strong grasp of clinical data structures or medical research terminologies) – Mandatory
