🔧 What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support.
- Take end-to-end ownership of client issues, software installations, and configurations.
- Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Manage multi-channel inquiries and maintain top-tier SLA standards.
🎯 What you bring to the table:
- Experience: 2+ years as a Software Support Engineer.
- Tech Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Linux and networking protocols + troubleshooting.
- Customer Focus: A deep commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and high satisfaction.
- Communication: Native-level Hebrew and English (verbal & written) with the ability to interact clearly and empathetically.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional objection-handling skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Work Style: An independent worker who is also a great team player, with a proven ability to multitask under pressure without losing quality.
