As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for an exceptional HRBP & Employer Branding / Employee Experience Manager to join our winning HR team.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP - Must
• Experience working in global companies - Must
• Prior leadership experience as a Team Lead or Manager within an HR department
• 5+ years of experience leading Employee Experience, Employer Branding, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/Community outreach) activities
• Proven track record in designing, executing, and implementing complex, cross-organizational HR processes
• Hands-on experience working with HiBob HRIS
• Experience managing Office Managers - A significant advantage
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
