A leading and growing real estate development company is looking for a HR Manager to join its team.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated HR professional early in their career to gain hands-on experience, work closely with senior stakeholders, and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing to onboarding

• Partnering with managers and supporting day-to-day HR needs

• Taking part in employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and retention

• Supporting employee relations, welfare, and HR operations

• Assisting in organizational development and training initiatives

• Contributing to cross-functional HR and operational projects

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Behavioral Sciences / related field – required

• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Manager.

• Experience in a mid-sized or large organization – an advantage

• High motivation, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, hands-on approach

• This is a full-time, office-based role.
