Talent Acquisition Partner

📍 Ra’anana | Full-time | Office-based

Fast Corporation is a growing global tech company with teams in Israel and Ukraine. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and play a key role in supporting the company’s growth.

Working directly with the CEO, you’ll lead hiring processes across a variety of business and operational roles, drive sourcing initiatives, and help build scalable recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and the CEO on hiring needs and decisions.
• Lead sourcing and headhunting efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding activities and recruitment-related projects as needed.
• Act as a standalone Talent Acquisition function with the opportunity to shape recruitment processes, influence hiring decisions, and make a direct impact on the company's growth.
• We believe great hiring is about people. You'll take the time to understand candidates beyond their resumes and help create teams with strong cultural and interpersonal fit.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a tech company or startup.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and driving recruitment processes independently.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
