Affiliate Manager

A fast-growing technology company in Ramat gan, providing an affiliate management and performance marketing platform for global customers is looking for a driven and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a global network of affiliates and partners, driving performance growth, and optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and revenue.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about affiliate marketing, performance-driven growth, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

•Build, manage, and grow a global network of affiliates, IBs, and media partners.

•Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.

•Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.

•Identify growth opportunities in global markets and expand partner acquisition.

•Conduct regular communication with partners, including strategy calls and performance reviews.

•Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and retention) to improve overall performance.

•Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Requirements:

•Proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

•Experience working with performance-based KPIs and data analysis.

•Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•Fluent English (spoken and written).

•Experience working with CRM systems.

Advantages:

•Experience in SaaS, Performance Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Marketing industries.

•Experience working with international clients and partners.

•Familiarity with Crypto, FinTech, Forex, or iGaming industries is a strong advantage.

•Fluent Russian (big advantage).
