Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, including Software Development, IT, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, and additional digital roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Publish job openings across multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional communities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews, while managing the entire selection process.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and provide ongoing guidance throughout the hiring journey.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future organizational needs.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Work with recruitment systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation.
• Support onboarding processes and employee integration into the organization.
• Assist with ongoing Human Resources activities, including employee lifecycle processes, organizational support, HR administration, and collaboration with various internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for technology or professional roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience working with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• High level of independence, initiative, and service orientation.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Experience in the healthcare sector – an advantage.
